Enhance your ceremony’s video feeds by displaying graduates’ names on stage during individual graduate recognition. Our GradTag system makes it easy!

During recognition, as each graduates approaches the stage, a unique QR code on their reader card is quickly scanned with a handheld scanner, safely tethered to a laptop off-stage running our GradTag software. Then, at the exact moment each graduate’s name is announced over the PA system, the correct name is displayed as a lower-third graphic on your video feeds. GradCaps by Pro Pics are short, personalized graduation videos using actual video & audio from your ceremony’s live stream. With this footage, our system can clip each graduate’s individual recognition on stage, and add graphics with the graduate’s name.

Each of our GradCap videos are approximately 25-30 seconds in length, and custom made for every graduate. These are perfect for sharing on social media. A Better Way to Acquire Graduate Addresses

Our “Selfie Registration” system provides your graduates a secure way to upload a selfie picture of themselves, along with their desired contact information (e.g. email, text number). Then, after your commencement, our technology uses each graduate’s selfie photo to scan the thousands of images we captured at your ceremony to quickly and accurately identify every image in which that graduate appears. Those images are then “tagged” to that graduate’s image gallery.
