Additional Information

The busiest time of year at Pro Pics is between the months of April through June, when all of our client universities hold spring commencement ceremonies. We also have additional graduation-related events throughout the year. We realize our photographers have their own businesses. Therefore, to ensure our events are properly covered, we work with our photographers many months in advance on scheduling.

With respect to travel, most of our graduation ceremony photographers love exploring the country, and our client universities appreciate seeing familiar faces year after year at their commencements. When travel is necessary for a Pro Pics event, we’ll cover all related expenses, included airfare, ground transportation, and lodging.

Additional details about our company, events, and policies are certainly available, and our recruiting process is an excellent opportunity to learn more.
